Tickets for the next event will be sold exclusively to customers in our database—meaning those who have previously visited our regular Omakase. These events are organized a few times a year, and the announcement will be made on Instagram, so make sure to follow our page.

Our chefs can use gluten-free soy sauce, just like in Japan. If you are gluten intolerant, this is the only adjustment we can make to the menu. Please mention it in the notes when booking and inform our chefs when you arrive.

We are a Japanese restaurant that respects traditional sushi. Just as you wouldn’t put ketchup on pasta in Italy, we don’t use mayonnaise, peanuts, avocado, or coriander in our food.
Please avoid asking questions that may come across as disrespectful to Japanese culture. If you're unsure, feel free to check with ChatGPT first.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate allergies(Shellfish, Sesame, Salmon, etc) or dietary requests. Our menu is fixed and prepared live. We do not recommend booking if you have allergies or dietary requirements. However, if you’re stubborn enough to do so, please understand it’s entirely at your own risk of losing your downpayment.
If you have very mild allergies, you are welcome to skip any course that isn’t suitable for you. However, please note that we cannot offer substitutions during our Omakase experience.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed entry.
In Japan, punctuality is important—being late is considered rude. Don’t be rude! -
Free cancellation is possible up to 1 day before your reservatiion, only by usingthe link in your booking confirmation. We do not cancel manualy.

We only accept a few groups each day. If you can't select a group option during reservations, please don’t make separate bookings—that won’t work.

Changes can only be made through the Tebi reservations platform and/or confirmation email you have received of your booking.

You’re welcome to bring your own bottle. We charge a €20 corkage fee per bottle.

Bringing your own cake is allowed. We’ll provide plates and cutlery for a €20 service fee.

Our full menu is 100% halal. Please mention it during booking.

Our venue is wheelchair accessible.
Note: the restroom is located downstairs and accessible only via a steep staircase. -
If you’re bringing a buggy, please mention it in your reservation—we will check if we can accommodate a table with enough space.
We do not offer a kids menu. If your child needs their own seat, please make sure to book one. -
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
